The group meets fortnightly on alternate Thursdays at 10.30am in The Nutmeg Café, Galaxy Sports, Little Kerse, Grange Road, Polmont, FK2 0YB.

The group gives members a chance to chat with friends old and new. We are an eclectic mix and encourage lively conversation; we share stories, knowledge, expertise, even misfortune. We laugh a lot!
The group runs year-round; occasionally we have special outings, this spring we went to the Scottish Owl Centre at Polkemmet Country Park. This photo shows us waiting for a flying demonstration to start.

Open to all in u3a, the group actively welcomes new members and is a great way to become involved in u3a. Don’t be shy we would love to see you.
